This book is definitely not worth [the money]. The subtitle is inflated, too. Instead of "Mathematics for Derivatives", it should be called "Derivatives for Suits". The initial chapters contain some math, but by the time we get to the final chapter on Interest Rate Caps and Floors, the description does not contain a single equation, it's all text. How can that be the "mathematics" of derivatives? Use this book to explain derivatives to your boss -- but make sure he or she pays the bill. For a better value, I recommend John Hull's book.
